I am looking for a coach that has references and not for a one time answer. I am looking for a coach to help find another job. --------------------------------------------------- I work in tech support for a large multi-national and I have been looking for the past 3 years and have been unsuccessful even though I had my resume re-written by a service 6 months ago and posted it on several job websites. Everyday I spend a few minutes searching for jobs and responding. This has not been successful so I am trying to change my tactics for it to be successful. I desire to change jobs because: 1) My skills and abilities are not being adequately used. 2) The upward paths I was told existed when I took the job have disappeared. 3) Local living expenses are too high. 4) My family does not fit the demographics of the region. 5) The working environment is less than desireable. (see part 2 of the question) I took my current job knowing that it had some drawbacks but when you have a family and are unemployed, you take jobs that are less than perfect and then try to do your best. |
