1 troy ounce = 31.103 grams
(http://scienceworld.wolfram.com/physics/TroyOunce.html)

density of pure platinum = 21.45 grams/cm^3
(http://www.chemistry.org/portal/a/c/s/1/acsdisplay.html?DOC=sitetools\periodic_table.html#)

Assuming that your actual material, which is only certified as being
99.95% pure has the density of pure platinum:

volume = mass/density = [1 troy ounce * 31.103 grams/(troy ounce) ]/
[21.45 grams/cm^3] = 1.45 cm^3 = 0.088 in^3
