Please define the "1000-point Scale" used for JD Powers Manufacturer
Web Site Evaluation Study.  I would like to know what makes up this
system so to understand how to improve a site's rating.

Specifically I would like to components that make up the 1000 point
system in as much detail as possible.

If possible I would like more detail then just "Usability - 20%",
"Brand Awareness - 20%", etc...

Things like "Ability for a user to locate a vehicle quickly - 20%",
etc.. are what I am looking for.

Reference to official documents from JD Powers describing this system
would be ideal.
