In the music video for New Order's "Bizarre Love Triangle" (I think
that's the video) there is a clip from what looks to be a black and
white movie.  In the clip a lady says that she doesn't believe in
reincarnation because "I refuse to come back as a bug or as a rabbit."
 What film is that clip from?

I found this in a newsgroup discussion of the clip:

"In an interview with Barney [Sumner] that I read recently (well
sometime since 'Best of' came out), he said that that bit was thrown
in there by the director (Robert Longo I believe).  It was apparently
footage shot specifically to go into the video, and the director just
liked the idea."
