A while ago I found a bank's website (I thought it was ING, but now I
can't find it again) that let you open savings accounts in various
foreign currencies, and get various interest rates based on the
prevailing rates in those various countries. But you could do it all
from one main online account. Can somebody help me find this site?

thanks, Ben
