I am looking to build a single family home in Jacksonville, FL, but I want to
get pre-construction prices or at least early dibs on a plot.  I would
like to find a neighborhood with houses in the price range of $150K -
$250K within the next year or two.  If price info isn't yet available,
that's OK; I would still like to know about the plans for new
development.  If you can find the builders slated to build there that
would be most helpful.

Boundaries:

East - Intracoastal Waterway
West - Phillips Hwy (US 1)
North - Atlantic Blvd.
South - North of the Intersection of St. Augustine Road and Phillips Hwy.

I might entertain new housing developments as far north as McCormick
Rd., but it is not really my preference.  I am already aware of the
developments currently being built between McCormick and Atlantic off
Kernan Blvd., but I am looking for developments that have not yet
broken ground.
