What are the federal guidelines for shipping smoke bombs (novelty
fireworks) through the USPS and private shipping services?

I doubt that these can be sent through the US Mail (though I haven't
checked yet).

Trucking regulations will depend on the actual classification of the
smokebombs, which in turn, depends on their size.  Do you know if the
powder content is more or less than 100 grams?

If you're not sure, what are the overall shape and dimensions of an
individual smokebomb?

I would assume for this particular smoke bomb that it would be under
100 grams. In addition, what is the DOT hazmat code?
