Where can I find a list of individuals in my area who own jumbo CDs and/or 
annuities?

It might help to know why specifically you want this information, as
there are other ways of gathering targeted lists of "high-value"
individuals.

That's probably considered private (rather than public) information, and I'm not 
sure how much luck you'll have finding a source for it.  

Expecting banks to reveal who holds their CDs would be similar to your bank 
telling perfect strangers how much money you have in your savings account.  
They won't do it for a savings account, so imagine how unlikely a bank would be 
to try irritating a depositor of that size.

As well, most people who have any serious interest in CDs shop around for the 
best rates (like at http://www.bankrate.com) and may not hold their CDs in a 
local bank.  They may have their CDs anywhere in the country, depending on where 
they get the best rates.  Because of that, finding out who owns what is not a 
simple matter even if the banks would tell you who held their jumbo CDs.

You might do better asking "who has searched for jumbo cd's"
