I would like a service were i can download music videos of all the
latest songs or most of them. I dont mind if i pay per song or
monthly.

Go to www.shareaza.com It searches 4 networks at once.  No spyware or
popups at all.  All free.

I like http://www.launch.com - from Yahoo!
It doesn't let you 'download' the videos to keep, but it does have a
lot of music videos online that stream perfectly well.  New/current
chart music as well a large back-catalogue; and it's free too.
