I need a robust c/c++ code to convert a PRIVATEKEYBOB structure into
an ASN1-encoded PKCS #1 RSAPrivateKey and vice versa.

Did you find the code? I assume if you have exhausted your searches on
the WWW you might find an answer at www.cryptocard.com, while they are
competitors to RSA they will also know a lot of the code strings
required for conversions as they have their own RSA to Cryptocard
wizards, just a guess. Email support@cryptocard.com.
