I have to do presentation in front of public in the topic
"Restructuring of flight operations for Infrastructure rebuilding via
Airfreight" in Iraq, under hte new political situation necessary for
rehabilitating the infrastructure of the country.

All necessary business, political and operational consideration need
to be addressed, in order to bring about the restitution of air
operations in the current pilitical climate of the country.

My presentation has to be done in English but English is not my first
Language, please do not use advance english. Also please answer point
by point so I can under even better.

I take it from your use of the work "Restructuring" that you are
presenting suggestions for imrpovements to the current system?
If so, the best methods for these presentations are to deliver the
information in the following order:
- Overview of Goals of the System
  (What the system is meant to do)
- Specific Overview of How The Current System Works
  (Detail how this are currently done)
- Identify Problems or Inefficiencies in the Current System and their
impacts to achieving the above goal
- Offer a number (not just one) of solutions to these problems.
  (This should range from "Do nothing" through to a complete overhaul.
Each option should include the benefits and costs, along with
references to existing systems in place around the world to illustrate
whether these options work or not)
- Make a recommendation of the option your studies have shown to be
the most effective and least expensive.

Of course open the floor up to questions at the end of the
presentation. If you will be delivering this presentation a number of
times, it may be an idea to prepare a list of "Frequently Asked
Questions" (FAQs) to answer the common questions coming out of the
presentation.
