I'm interested in a good time reporting and bug reporting tool, which
needs to be EASY, free (free as in no-cost, no demands on GPL or
stuff) and run with apache and FreeBSD (php, jsp, perl, etc...). If
it's database driven it needs to run under MySQL (no postgres or
anything like that).

 I do not want a big system in which you need to click yourself to
death, it needs to be easy and minimalstic. We are 6 people that will
use this. You need to be able to easily get time reports that goes to
the economy guy so he can send invoices.

Really what I want is:

* Setup projects
* Add people
* Report time (on a project basis), would be good if you can report
ONCE a day, that means that you have ONE form in which you enter
today's time for ALL projects
* Add bugs, assign to project and to person
* List your bugs and set status
