I am looking for a National Geographic piece from " a few years ago," according to my source, that featured an article on the Roman Baths. Can you locate that article and tell me how I can acquire a copy? |

Hello liz2468, A search for [roman baths] on the NGS (National Geographic Society) Publications Index ( http://www.nationalgeographic.com/publications/explore.html ) indicates that you are looking for this article: "Publication: National Geographic TRAVELER magazine Department: 48 Hours The Best of a City Title: Bath Springs Forward Date: Jan./Feb. 2000 Pages: 34, 36-37 Contributor(s): Kadushin, Raphael Author" http://library2.nationalgeographic.com/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?SC=Title&SEQ=20040517012650&PID=6997&SA=Bath+Springs+Forward Many libraries would have this fairly recent issue of National Geographic Traveler; you can check with your local library. Alternatively, you could order a reprint or back issue. "Can I reprint all or part of an article published in your magazine?" / "How can I order back issues?" You seem to imply a magazine article. There is the flagship "National Geographic" as well as National Geographic Traveler, Adventure and a kids mag. Hopefully someone with library access can help. If not, Nat. Geo sells a collection of ALL past magazines in CD form. They did make a movie concerning your subject: Secrets of the Lost Empires II: Roman Bath (2000) good Luck! |
