A gas station with a convenient store is acually what I'm interested.
It could for lease of sale.

Perhaps 20 years ago, about 100 Jiffy stores were sold to Little Champ
Conveince stores. Now the several hundred Little Champ stores have
disappeared, by a means unknown to me. Apparently these stores
typically get new owners in large blocks, here in North East Florida.
I don't ever recal seeing a for sale sign or a vaccant convenience
store, other than the one's that are mostly gas station.   Neil
