I want to find foreclosed properties in NJ as soon as they become
available. I have signed up with several Internet listings, and they
are not proving to be useful. I am a new investor, so the more
information I receive, the better. Thank you.

try civil sheriff or sheriff office, or ask local banks (R E O DEPT. =
REAL ESTATE OWNED ) where foreclosures are advertised.
TO FIND OUT BEFORE THEY ARE ADVERTISED ----- TRY LOCAL COURTS WHERE
THE LAW SUIT IS FILED-------- ASK FOR A WEEKLY LIST, SEEK OUT ONLY
THAT NAME A LENDING CO. THAT DEALS IN REAL ESTATE.....BANK OF N.J.
VERSUS JOHN DOE

TRY E BAY.....AN BUY A COURSE ON FORECLOSURES
YOU OR SPOUSE NEED PLENTY TIME ------ TO BUY AT COURTHOUSE U NEED CASH
