Any suggestions on where to obtain a free or reasonably priced G4
.tiff image viewer?  I'm running Windows XP Professional, P4
processor, etc.

I found a freeware image viewer/converter which an open G4 .tiff files
for you. It's called irfanview, and can be downloaded here:

On the features page, it mentions TIFF support but doesn't
specifically mention G4 TIFF support, but I installed and tested it on
a couple sample images just to make sure, and it works great.
