On behalf of my company, I need to acquire a copy of Microsoft SQL
server Standard edition with 5 Client Access Licences. Price is not
really an issue, but time is; we need it by tomorrow. I am in the
Seattle metropolitan area.

Where can I get a copy of the program on such short notice?

The answer is only useful if it comes before 11:00 AM, Pacific
Standard time, tomorrow (Tuesday May 8th).
