A volunteer tutor wants to know HOW to solve this problem. It is not
necessary to give the answer if you have explained it so that a
student can get it...
Picture an irregular quadralateral inscribed within a circle so that
all four corners touch the circle. If one angle of the quadralateral
is 100 degrees, what, if anything, do you know about the opposite
angle?

Consider the arcs subtended by the two opposite angles.
