What will be the GMT zone in france as from April 1941? In other
words did they introduced the day saving time by then? When did they
introduce the daytime saving in france and what be the GMT in such a
case. Thank you. best regards and God bless you

I cannot find a definitive answer for 1941 (but this wasn't mentioned
in the original question). DST was initially introduced in World War
I and probably re-introduced in WWII as was the case with most
European countries.

The timezone will therefore be GMT+2.

I have just managed to confirm that from 1941 until 1945 the daylight
savings were GMT+1 for the winter period and GMT+2 for the summer
period. From 1946 until 1975 DST was scrapped in France but in 1976
was re-introduced in 1976.
