Hello lucky4u-ga,

A ?disability management analyst? or ?consultant? works in
administering corporate disability management programs or helps
employees who have been injured or disabled to return to work. You
didn?t tell us where you work or whether you are disabled but getting
a call from a ?senior disability management analyst? would most likely
have something to do with your employer wanting to help you return to
work. There may be workers? compensation issues involved as well.

I?ve collected several references to help you see what types of
Disability Management Programs are implemented by a variety of
organizations as well as the types of jobs that are involved in
administering these programs.

I notice that you are a first time user of Google Answers. I want to
make sure that you get the information you need so please don?t
hesitate to ask for clarification if I did not understand the full
scope of your situation.

small organizations without sophisticated HR functions or in-house
legal departments to work through the required analysis in a logical
way and, thus, avoid exposure to expensive, damaging and
