Best ASP Recruitment Solutions 

I'm investigating ASP services that offer a company the ability to
create a career centre to put in their company web page, it should be
able to:

- publish job offers to the career center web page and other job boards 
- receive job applications from candidates 
- filter received resumes 
- comply with any relevant federal law

Are you looking for a managed, outsourced solution for this?  The
reason I ask is because of your mentioning a need for this solution to
post to other job boards.  Other job boards on the net may have their
own proprietary means of accepting job applications.  If you're
looking for software, are you indeed looking for a program to be able
to cross-post job applications to other sites?  I don't know if many
applications will have such a feature.
