I work as an engineer in a telecommunication company. I have applied
for a post of technical auditor and will be called soon for an
interview. Among the main duties of the job, there is the
responsibility for the preparation of technical audit plan based on
the principles of risk management to align coverage with degree of
risk attributable to different areas. My questions are:
1. Are there sites which can help me in preparing for this interview?
2. Someone in the audit dept has told me to prepare on corporate
governance. What is corporate governance? Can you guide me?
3. Can you suggest any particular field in which I should concentrate?
