I'm trying to find a recent breakout of internet usage at home by
daypart or hourly (2 hour blocks, etc).  Trying to find peak usage and
low usage times at home.

at home by daypart. This paper utilizes Nielsen//NetRatings usage data
for September 2002.

Yes, 2002 would work.  I've found information as recent as 2004 but
only for work statistics.
