Hi lptora,

You can clear the search history of previous searches by following the
procedures below:

"In Internet Explorer 5 or higher, select "Tools" from the menu, then
"Internet Options" and then choose the "Content" tab. Next, look for
the button at the bottom that says "AutoComplete." Click on the button
which will make the AutoComplete Settings window appear. In it, click
on the "Clear Forms" button to delete all your stored form entries."

"If you are a Google Toolbar user, the techniques above won't work to
remove your past searches from the toolbar. Instead, you'll need to
click on the Google logo next to the Google Toolbar's search box, then
choose "Clear Search History" from the drop-down box that appears."

there may be a problem doing this. i'm pretty sure that clearing
forms will wipe out any user-id info on internet sites. for example,
when i go check my credit card accounts, my user-id pops up when i
type in the first letter. i'm pretty sure that info will be cleared
from your computer. the site will still work. you'll just have to
remember your user-id and type the whole thing in the next time you go
to that site.
