There are a couple of ways you could have done this,
and it will also depend on which Windows operating
system you are using.
You may have used a registry tweak as noted in the
WinGuides articles below, for:
Windows 95, 98 and Me
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/125/
Windows NT, 2000 and XP
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/13/
There's also this article on Microsoft about temporarily
bypassing the Windows Automatic Logon:

Or, you may have used TweakUI, one of the Microsoft
Power Toys for Windows, to automatically enter your
username/password or username/no password. You can
find this program for the version of Windows you're
using by browsing through these Google search
results for TweakUI:
If you used TweakUI, you'll find the settings by going
to Start -> Settings, Control Panel -> TweakUI, and
selecting the Logon tab.
