I want to setup a virtual phone system for my virtual company. I want
to be able to login to a webpage and setup the forwarding of the
numbers, etc. So, someone could call 212-555-1212 and get a general
message and press 1 for sales, 2 for tech support, 3 for this, four
for that. If they press one it would forward to someone's home office.
Where can I do this?

You may want to look into Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). This
would allow you to purchase a virtual number in another city. You have
to shop around though, some VOIP only selllong distance.
