I need a supersedeas bond for a civil action in Alabama. Where do i get one? I have property of greater value than the amount required for this bond while I am appealing a judgement against me. My fight is with a bank and other banks will not talk to me because they stick together. I have already one a major victory against the largest bank in the state and now, on a side suit I must go to appeals court but I have to post a bond first in order to get to the appeal level. Where do I go to get one besides a bank in Alabama |

Is "supersedeas" one word or 2? Should it be "supersede as bond"? Do a search engine search using this phrase and you should find some possible sites you would be interested in using the format of. |

Supersedeas bonds are typically issued by insurance companies, not banks. I suggest that you contact an independent insurance agent in your locality to check out the various options for you. markj-ga |
