How do I determine who EPOSPYMNTS COMPANY ID: 9026968523 is? They are accessing my checking account each month and my bank cannot tell me who they are. |

EPOS may stand for Electronic Point of Sale systems, which in this case is proably a credit card swipe machine. The ID is most certainly a vendor ID, which would link back to a company. If your bank can not tell you who the vendor is, and you have not authorized the charge, you can contest it. However, make sure you verify that you did not sign up for or authorize any recurring memberships or fees. Hope this helps soemwhat. |

Yes, I just noticed monthly debits to my checking account by EPOSPYMNTS and also noticed the amounts differed each month, so I knew it wasn't a set recurring monthly fee for some unknown service. Turns out it was automatic debits to pay the monthly minumim due on a Visa card I have from Chase Manhattan, which I authorized. |
