I saw that funny show, and it was a version of rock, paper, scissors
between Hyde and Fez where the winner won the chance to be the best
man at Eric's wedding the next day.

The three substitutions were nuclear bomb, cockroach, and foot.

Cockroach beats Nuclear Bomb,
Foot beats Cockroach,
and Nuclear Bomb beats Foot.

It was funny for Hyde to lead Fez through each pair, winning every
time because Fez was well... just being Fez. Glad I could answer your
question.

Oh, if you want to play this game yourself, here are the hand gestures
as I remember them.

Cockroach:
make a "peace sign" with your hand (make a fist except for your 2nd
and 3rd finger) and wiggle the two fingers as if they were antennae.

Foot:
bend your fingers at the 2nd knuckle (instead of the 3rd knuckle if
you were making a fist)

Nuclear Bomb:
start with a fist, and spread your fingers outward

Heh.
