wholesale catalogue for my business.

You can check this by calling -- or having a friend who speaks Italian
call --their number (which everyone agrees on): +39 02 58100855.

I'm doubtful about the e-mail address of mail@rance.it , which is
stated on travelretailworld.com .  There does not appear to be a
rance.it on the World Wide Web, so I presume that there isn't a
rance.it to which you can send e-mail.  But again, you can check by
calling.

(Incidentally, the address was harder to find than I had expected. 
The family that makes the soaps is originally from France, so I
assumed that the company was based there.  However, the Rance family
has been making its products in Milan for 200 years.)

I found the California Company address for the catalogue in the last
internet reference that was listed. I might have been able to get a
catalogue through Italy, but the Calif. address is what I was seeking.
