Is there a connection between the Rainbows Girls program in the
Assemblies of God and the Rainbows Girls program in the Masonry?  I
know that the Masonry program began in Oklahoma. I am looking to find
out the origins of each program and wonder if they have any
affialation other than the name "Rainbows".

As you noted, the Masonic Rainbow Girls were founded in Oklahoma in

Masonic Rainbow Girls founder W. Mark Sexson was a minister of the
Christian (Disciples) Church.  He had no affiliation with the
Assemblies of God.
