I am currently involved in a microfinance project in Uganda. I am
interested in estimating IT business opportunities brought by
establishing relationships with local governments, microfinance
institutions, banks and other companies.

I need data of the average dollar amounts of IT spending in Uganda of
the following parties:
1) Uganda government
2) microfinance institutions
3) banks that have business in the area 
4) healthcare institutions
5) education
6) agriculture

***if specific data from uganda in not possible to obtain... similar
IT spending data in emerging markets in Africa works fine as a proxy
too. Thanks!
