Is there and upgrade from VBCUTIL.dll (version 2.0, which operates on
Pocket PC 2002) to a version which will function on pocket PC 2003?

This must work properly when we transfer the .vb application to pocket pc 2003.

The web site that we bought this from is www.vbce.com, and it does not
seem to go anywhere, or be updated.
