I want to raise money to invest in hotels in an emerging market, so I
want to know where I can get copies of offering documents (i.e.,
prospectuses) for real estate investment funds?

I need to see such samples in order to write my own offering document,
which would help me to convince prospective investors to give money to
my real estate investment fund.
