Question ID: 350047
this girl is definitely Dutch, as she is wearing a Dutch girl's hat.
She is holding a brass hoop in her hands. She is standing on a base
and is 13 1/2" tall. The sculptor signed in the rear, "Felling". I
have seen plaster copies, but ths has been in my family for eighty
plus years. What can you tell me about Felling, and what is the value
for auction and for insurance purpose?
