I am looking for a grocery cart that will lower or elevate so that
groceries can be slid into trunk or van without lifting.  The wheels
rotate 360 degrees and the sides of the cart fold down to eliminate
lifting contents over the side.  There are also rollers on the bottom
and sides to allow easy movement.  Also a flap which would extend on a
slant over the lip of the trunk.

Have you seen such a cart, or do you have some reason to 
believe that it exists, or are you simply describing what
you'd like to see in a cart (in which case you'd be better
off getting it patented than looking for it)?

What I am looking for is information on manufacturers who might have
such a cart.  This will determine if I will pursue making one myself
or if I should pursue a patent.
