I am looking for a web page that can provide me with historical
interest rates (for at least the last 30 years) for most major
economies. ie. USA, UK, Europe, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, et al.

I want the ability to enter the country, type of interest rate,
periodic scale (daily, monthly, yearly etc etc and period (start date
and finish date) and have it give me the results.

The web page access and its results must be FREE.
