I would like to have all Internet references to my name either removed
or blocked.

I am willing to pay for this service, would like to have at least five
possible resources, and would prefer Christian services or businesses.

Individual or business must have a proven track record, be
trustworthy, and be able to provide references.  Provider may possibly
offer a range of services for a range of fees (i.e., remove all
listings that come up with a search engine for Price A; remove all
references that come up with ?people/directory searches? for Price B;
etc.)

I will want to check work by having myself or others attempt to find
information on me, and I may also provide specific references I want
expunged.

Desired result:  No one should be able to find information about me
either deliberately or accidentally by typing my name, or part of it,
into a search engine or people/directory search.

That would be impossible without the support from the webmasters that
have your name on the web.

You could always try and email them yourself.

Indeed, you ask too much.  If 100 Websites have your name on them,
then that's 100 organisations individuals that you're asking a service
from, and they don't have to say yes.

As a webmaster, if you're name was on my site for a legal reason, I
wouldn't remove it without good reason.

If your name is currently on said websites, which it more than likely
is, there is no feasible way to remove it.

Assuming your name is unique enough to not be the same name as someone
else, you could have prevented your name from emerging on these
websites using the following methods:

never register to vote
never get a job
never hold a public office
never have a bank account
never give any business your name for any reason
never have an address
never have a phone

It would also help to not have been born, just to make sure your name
doesn't get out that way.
