I'm assuming your main concern is so you can transfer files really quickly, but I don't see the purpose of having that sort of connection for audio and video special effects. But maybe you need it for other purposes. Perhaps, it would be more cost effective to have a co-located server that is attached to the backbone on the internet connect ions. You should try out reputable companies like Rackspace, they have facilities in the U.K. From there you can upload and download onto that machine.
