I am in the process of starting a home based educational software
company. I am hiaring professional programmers to do the actual
programming.

My specific question regards buying educational software with all of
its rights as well as the actual programming code. I would assume that
this may help getting my business started quicker.

I have no clue as of how to research such a topic, however, I assume
that there are companies who've gone bankrupt, or just companies or
individuals who are no longer interested in their software products,
which may be modified to create a better market.

I am unable to search for educational software that not only comes
with its  code, however, which as well has previously been marketed to
the general public or could be, and its authors are interested in
selling the software its code and all of its rights.

The only thing close to this I've found are software companies for
sale, who are selling their rights to all their products, none of
which are uniquelly educational in nature.

The type of educational software I'm interested in is quite wide,
generally for children. Reading, writing, spelling, mathematics,
teachers tools, subject matter like Geography, or other sciences.

Please Clarify!
