I am going to be in Paris, France for three weeks from mid July to the
first week in August 2004. I would like to rent an apartment and would
be able to pay $1000 to $1500. What might be available for me?

This webite might be a good place to start looking for a nice place to
stay. I'm not sure on what your requirements are. (Square footage,
pets, handicapped accessible, etc.) I hope it points you in the right
direction.
