I install the backup utility included on the Windows XP Home (service
pack 1 included) disk (ntbackup.msi).  When attempting to creat a back
up of the "My Documents" folder, I get the following error.

Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:Catastrophic failure
Aborting Backup.

The operation did not successfully complete.
----------------------
Any Ideas
