My Google tool bar has a small window when i click on it it shows the
sites i have resently visited how do i delete this unwanted record of
my site visits i have tried to delete it but it does not go away

Click on the Google logo on the left side of your Google Toolbar to
access the pull-down menu. Click on "Clear Search History". That will
erase all your previous searches.
