I would like to arrange the clear glass vase with the fresh lemons.
What i have to add in a water to preserve the lemons or at least make
them look fresh as long as possible? Any other tips will be really
appreciated.

You might try waxing your lemons thoroughly with the kind of wax that
is used on automobiles. I haven't tried this with lemons, but I once
made a centerpiece using apples, and "Turtle Wax" kept them looking
nice for quite a while.

Are you preserving whole lemons or half lemons?
