I need to create a custom audio recording program for my Nokia
Communicator 9210 GSMcellphone/computer (since I didn't find the
features I need in existing programs like RingMaster, Ext. Dictaphone
and the original Nokia Recorder).

I already have a description of how it must be and I want to submit it
to the best and cheapest online programmers / programmers companies
for a quote, and for doing the job.

What I'm searching for is an EXHAUSTIVE LIST of known SOFTWARE
DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS like http://www.novosoft-us.com  and  good
WEBSITES to directly contact FREELANCE PROGRAMMERS with a good
reputation/FEEDBACK SYSTEM on the person like that in Google Answers.

I'm in Italy so I've to do this job only using email + credit card.

The data I need for each company are:
1) Company webpage where they say they program 9210 or a prove that
they do it.
2) Email or web-form URL where I must submit them my request for
quotation.

I appreciate some comments about what you think it will be the best
solution (quality+speed-cost) to have my job done.

Hi Diego,

I already looked around some days ago to find a site that would give
you exactly what you want, but I didn't find anything. From the start,
I didn't think something like this existed, mainly because the
9210/9290 is still too young. Symbian is just starting. Symbian is
taking off and the market will be huge, but the emphasis is on "will"
at this point.

What I can give you is a few sites where you will find developers in
general and you might have luck asking around there.

First of all, here is the biggest Communicator related site out there,
or at least one of the biggest:

They also have a list to newsgroups as well as an application list.
Some of the people listed there might do contract work too:

Many of the developers for the Communicator most likely look at Forum
Nokia at least from time to time.

While Forum Nokia does not have a list of their developers, they have
a discussion board and they possibly could help if you mail them
directly.

But searching for Symbian found only Handago, so I am not sure if you
will have luck.

I am sorry that I could not be of more help at this time, but as there
was still no answer to the question, I thought I'd at least get this
started.
