The above website also adds:

I bet the answer is in this book.
Sabr Presents the Home Run Encyclopedia: The Who, What, and Where of
Every Home Run Hit Since 1876

They have it at Amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/002860816X/102-4710298-1370561?v=glance

Here's a short description:
Offers a history of the home run, includes all-time home run records,
lists home run totals by hitter and by pitcher, and provides
individual statistics for home run hitters.

You can buy it for $10, so it's only $5 more than the question, but
then you could have answers to more questions!
