Indium Phoshphide is industrially grown by melt growth technique such
as Liquid Encapsulated Czochralski (LEC), Vapor pressure controlled
Czochralski (VCZ), Vertical gradient freeze (VGF), etc. However when I
am trying to grow the crystal in my lab, the grown crystal ingot (or
boule) is
cracking (or crumbling) into pieces. I have tried searching why this
happens but the only answer that I found was that this could happen if
the content of Phosphorus is high. But I need a better solution than that! 

And all the rest of the resources talk about how to reduce "Residual
stress" in the ingot. But theproblem is I don't have a ingot yet. The
ingot itself is cracking. I really appreciate your finding a solution
to this problem.
