A few days ago I used Google's Image search on the phrase "Skellig
Michael" and saw a thumbnail of a jpeg that I clicked on to get to the
site. When I tried going back to the site more recently, the page
appears for about half a second and then is redirected to another
Italian language site. I want to know if I can get to the site
without being automatically redirected. Apparently the address is as
However, when the partial address appears on the Image search
thumbnail, it has "no-redirect-tiscali" included in the address. That
doesn't seem to actually appear in the address bar when I click on the
image. I have tried typing in various addresses to get around this
redirect, but without success. I have also tried approaching it
through a google text search. I again get to the same site but it
instantly redirects. I am trying to get to this site to get permission
to use a photo for a cover of a book I am publishing. So I would
appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks, D. Taylor

Greetings, bogwalker!

I don't seem to be having all the redirect problems that you are
having -- however, I'm running two firewalls and a pop-up ad blocker,
so that may be the difference.

I found the web page with pictures you are seeking here:

The large versions of the photos on this page are:

The home page for this website is:

The title, translated from Italian, says:
"The Travels (or Voyages) of Al, Dan, and Willy"

The contact information for the site owners is here:

to contact Al:
to contact Dan:
to contact Willy:
as a last resort, you can try this e-mail address labeled "for information":

If you don't know Italian, I would first try your inquiries in
English. In European countries, most educated people are bilingual or
even trilingual, and many of them have some mastery of English. You
will want to include the URLs of the photos for which you are seeking
permission (from the list above).

Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions or problems with
the above information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I
will do my best to assist you.

I hope that this Answer provides you with exactly the information that
you were seeking!

Excellent answer. Gave multiple solutions. First few not work, but
last one did, and I got exactly what I needed. Many thanks.
