I am looking for software that will give me a virtual / scrolling /
panning desktop for Windows 98se and/or Windows XP with my video card.

I want to be able to have a desktop of 1024x768 or 1152x864 or
1280x1024 and then be able to have a virtual (total size) desktop size
of 1600x1200 or higher.

For instance you are looking at a screen resolution of 1152x768, but
after you move the cursor to the right of the screen, the screen moves
until you get to the edge of the desktop which has a resolution of
1600x1200
A current AGP video card which allows all these screen resolutions and
desktop resolutions would be a good substitute. (most only do the
scrolling when outputing to a tv)
