A few years ago I bought a print ( in Nova Scotia) of an ink drawing
of the Chateau Frontenac in Que City by this artist. Last week I saw
another drawing/water color by the same artist of a Quebec scene which
had been listed as sold. Can't remember the site as I hadn't
bookmarked it, but I would expect this to be a Canadian artist. Does
that help?

I have 2 beautiful pen and water colours of Quebec city scenes hanging
in my livingroom. Rue de Tressor and Chateau Frontenac. I was very
surprised that there is some one else out there trying to get more
information about this person. Every so often I put the name in a
search engine and hope to see something pop up...
